- Star Academy
San Rafael, California
Special Education
Star Academy is a recognized leader in education for Bay Area special needs students. The students are working incredibly hard to get their novels completed for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and are currently in the planning process for their novels, and setting personal goals for how many words they would like to reach by the end of the month. The planning process for the students comes in the form of Plot Rollercoasters, worksheets that have been sent to each student online by the academy’s writing specialists for them to fill out digitally.
